Author Registration

In order to accommodate many authors, the registration process has been put on hold, and will be completed after the conference .

Authors of accepted papers are required to register with camera ready submissions November 28, 2021

IEEE ComSoc First Authors:	125 $
IEEE First Author:	150 $
Non-IEEE Authors:	200 $
Attendance without paper:	0 $

For the accepted papers to be included in the Conference Program and Proceeding - Camera ready submissions by 28 November 2021 At least one author of an accepted paper must register at the FULL rate for the paper to be included in the conference proceeding. Only the registered author will be responsible for presenting the paper at the conference. For authors presenting multiple papers, one registration is valid for one person; however, it can cover up to two (2) papers on which the person who is registered is an author or co-author. Extra pages fees: normal length for the final manuscript is limited to six (6) pages. Papers exceeding the normal length may be submitted upon payment of overlength page charges of 100 $ for each page in excess of six. Extra pages fees should be paid via EDAS when uploading the final version of accepted papers.

• Before Creating a PDF :
          - Add the copyright notice to the bottom of the first page of your source document (see the "Copyright Information" section).
          - Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.

  • First-time users should do the following:
            1- Select the New Users - Click Here link.
            2- Enter the following :
              - The Conference ID : 50742X
              - Email address and a password
            3- Continue to enter information as prompted.
            4- An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
    
  • Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
    

  Electronic IEEE Copyright Form

  - The IEEE copyright transfer agreement must be submitted electronically via EDAS.
  - Logging to EDAS and go to your papers page.
  - Use IEEE Copyright Submission button and follow all next steps to sign the copyright electronically. https://www.edas.info/doc/copyright.html

  Special Copyright Notice stamp

  For MENACOMM 2021 the appropriate copyright notice (stamp) is to appear at the bottom of the first page of each paper ccording to the guidelines set forth in the Cataloging/Copyright Instructions for an IEEE Conference Proceeding.
  
  - For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
  
  - For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 978-1-6654-3443-0/21/$31.00 ©2021 Crown
  
  - For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 978-1-6654-3443-0/21/$31.00 ©2021 European Union
